Maybe Drew is trying to tell us that the ramp used to be the war ship. I couldn't think of a better use for it myself.

actually the ramp is a structural support which is placed under this ship to stop it rolling over in dry dock.

Personnally I think converting warships to metal skate ramps in the king of ideas
