exacly the point u made. MONEY. cant build somethin like that with out big $$$

I think it's designers more than money.
A quarter of that joint (the middle street bit) is better designed than any park, in sydney anyway.
Apparently: "But now, having been banned from favourite urban sites such as Martin Place and Cathedral Square, they have got it.
In Waterloo a maze of "ledges", "banks", "kickers" and "rails", all modelled on prime spaces around Sydney and streets from European cities, has been built to their exacting specifications."
drugs....? lol i reckon i'd have to be pretty fucked up to design anything that good... alot of beer and about a fifty....so thats not that much money... meh but yeah money designers and support...really
just make a park on tony hawks and send your ps1 memory card to the local council and let them have a est run of it
