Wyndham council should have invested in a full skate facility like a Belco/ Noble Park between 20 -15 years ago when it was identified as one of the biggest growth areas in Australia................. now they are spending millions on little crap parks dotted all over the place that no won gives a shit about. Little skate parks just become hangouts for Losers. If you want the right element of people localising and using the park then you need one with lots of variety to keep the skaters interested and not board. The most successful skate parks are big with all parts of skateboarding catered for.

    The Mount Isa Skate Park looks like such a gem for skaters! I love how it caters to different skill levels, making it a perfect spot for beginners, pros, and even those who enjoy pro fingerboards . The mention of the shaded areas is such a bonus—staying cool while enjoying some tricks is a win-win. Definitely adding this to my list of must-visit skate parks in Australia!
