oh my...the old neighbourhood.
whoever skates it have a beer for me at the swinging arms.
yeah, it is closer together than I would like.... the budget is pretty small, and I will see how much room we have to play with - any additional space will be put into the flats....
however tight, this will still work - the rollover and pyramid thang will give a bit of speed, and something more interesting than a flat surface...
point taken.
it looks like you already have a good idea of what youre doing, but for small but good parks. Last weekend I went to cheltenham park, or at least a park in sandringham/ cheltenham. Sorry to be vague but youll know it when you see it, a bank at each end a hump with ledges going out along either side, a manual grind box and a concrete flat bar type thing its simple but made properly and well, we skated it for the day and didnt get bored. The best advice i can give is look at the park im talking about. ALL the edges had metal reinforcement so it doesnt get shit over time like so many. also look at upwey, it screams for more room because it got crowded with fun shit. with out some breathing space it wont work too great. just trying to help dont get all angry you upweyians.
....have a meeting with the council fellow on monday at 2pm, if yer in the area drop by and have a chat about what your want'n..
