> UGLY,LOUD,MONSTER ROLL FOR FIN
Will have to do it again next year....Will put a bit more effort into it next time...will get a BBQ going for sure and maybe some fun prizes of some sort...longest grind comp...uglyest trick...best slam ...ect
Yeh just hangin on the sideline was a blast, and the idea of doing a little more for the occasion sounds like a good idea. I would happily make up a Fin/Curb and Coping vert deck to go towards it.
What i cant understand is we should be having more get togethers similar far more often other than having to rely on sader occasions as such, in the long run it can only be better for skateboarding in Sydney. So get thinking for a not so distant Skate Jam that we can all gather and just have pure fun on and off the tranny and build a strong Skate community.

Does anyone remember the slam I took dropping in?
I don't remember anything except looking up at someone and then being helped into a bean bag.
How long was I out for?
Anyone got some photos to post?
Let's do it again, soon!
What about a regular thing on the last Saturday night each month?
Then off to Novatel for BEER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Any takers?
Yeah Justin i remember it well, you were only out for less then a minute but vague as hell for quite some time. I can't believe you got back up and droped in again(we were all holding our breath)but good on you for getting back on the horse.
Boris, cool - thanks for that.
I'm black and blue all down my left hand side and had a headache for a while (2 days and counting) but seems to be no permanent damage apart from what was already done...
There's a lesson for us all about how useful pads & a helmet are.
Someone said lets do it weekly, but I think that's a bit too often for some of the old folk. hehe..
I reckon once a month or so might be do-able.
A memorable session guys. Props to Paul for making the call. You were all shredding, the ramp looks insane, and I can't wait for my heel to...well....heal (sick pun in honour of Fin, who knew more sick jokes than most).
Though backside lipslides on an extension 17 feet high are no joke I'm sure Mick. When I think about it, the alley oops alone (at least 6-8' high) that you were doing as the set up move to the decker would've floored anyone back in the Kierle Park days.
And GH, I agree man, but what are we gonna do about CORPORATE TYRANNY now the mossites have decided to call this years Melb old skool event the MOSS Corporate Jam 2006 ?
I didn't see your slam Justin, but I'm glad you got back up on the horse (or monster) and showed that bitch who's boss.
Lucky your mum wasn't around to cart you off to hospital for 24 hour observation. Hope your feeling better mate.
Thanks MM. The headache is mostly gone now but my knee, hip and shoulders are still sore. The MILF wanted me to go to hospital but I said I was OK.
Skated at Lake Haven on Thu night and it was OK.
The only problem (and a minor one at that) is in bed when The MILF gets on top, if she gets a bit excited (as she does) her heel wacks right into my sore knee.
Pity me!
We'll just have to rally and and chain ourselves to the bottom of bowl on Moss day.
