no jamie they are not building the park in 2 stages they were only going to be doing that with the old plans for the park and steele the park being built at the old monteray high is sposed to be a copy of cifton hill park
vince...the park is still considered to be 2 stages, street plaza stage and bowl stage..even know they are being built at the same time there two different stages.and montery is only spose to be gettin few boxes and flattys there nothing major vince.as you can see also the "first stage" is gettin done now, the street plaza..once they finish the street plaza theyll start "stage 2" they cant jus do 1 bit over there and another bit over there so there for the whole park needs to be concreted in stages.
monterey park is supposed to b sorta like clifton hill and the plans are supposed to be getting out on friday at the site were its getting built
