> NEW DARKSIDE SHOP AND MUSEUM
Good layout of the store, a good mix of new school / old school / long boards / reissues and clothing. Worth a visit for sure - especially if you like the old boards from bygone eras.
Shop hours for all those that care..... 9.30 am until 6pm everyday, if you need late night satisfaction our Surfers Paradise location is open until 9 wednesday through friday.
I`m shooting in the dark here , but being a museum, not a single one of those classic boards for sale?
At the right price of course..
Sorry Sausago, only buying, no selling here on the originals.plenty of reissues for sale though. However, at the right price of course.. who knows!
Ah 4GG, i remember listening to you as a kid, you bring back memories of a better time, listening to the latest hits from Neil Diamond and Abba, you truly were a great radio station. It must have been heartbreaking for you when everyone tuned into FM radio, and you slowly withered away.
However on serious note i see what you did there, trying to get us to lose a little cred by trying to lump us in with the scooters! I can assure you that when one of our team riders decides to start reliving their youth by scootering the punishment will be swift, the body never found!
Scotty Hand, who skates for us also races BMX very swiftly around a dirt track for cash and trophies! My assumption is that he is the person you talk about, so then yes, technically we do sponsor a BMX bandit! So yeah, you got me...
He rips on both board and pushy. NOT the bmx type that ride around skateparks.
The new shop is really cool too - had a look round there today, so worth getting into for a look at all the old boards or a good deal on current skate product.
Right on the corner of the main street / gold coast highway coming out of Pizzey towards the beach.
