> BATTERY LIFE
I just bought a canon mv800i and the battery life is terrible, it only last about an hour before completly shutting down i was wondering if the battery was fucked or can you buy longer lasting ones?
i wuld say it alreayd rechargable
just hop onto ebay and search for "canon mv800i battery" and u can pick em up for about 15$ + howeva much postage is
the battery is probly wrecked- get a new one,
they only last a certain amoutn of time before they fade,
If you bought the camera second hand, the battery is probably just old and you will have to buy a new one.
OR you could just carry around meters upon meters of extension cords in your backpack and have constant power wherever you go
try this, I've done it so plenty of times and its never failed
1. fully discharge the battery
2. put it in a plastic bag
3. wrap the bag tightly around the battery
4. put it in the freezer, leave it for at least one night
5. take the battery out of the freezer, and the bag, make sure its as dry as possible
6. fully recharge the battery
7. Viola!
what Alex said is you cheapest option or buy a new battery (its good to have a spare)
yeah well bucky...it helps when you charge it ALL THE WAY and just not for however long yu charge it for...the light on the camera stays red and doesnt flash no more it means its charged
