> D70 VS D50 VS 350D
Ok guys
Im still not 100 percent decided between film or digi yet
they both have their advantages
and My final decision will be an impulse buy once I have the scrill,
But i need some feedback from some cats with these cams
Drew, im lookin at you with the D70
Also, can anyone name any good reasons to buy the D70 over the D50?
It doesnt seem as though it really has anything that the D70 does thats really that important
Id rather nikon, but if the 350D's gonan be a better cam then Im all for taht as well
Anyways
any help is greatly appreciated
Ps. if i do go film the camera is already decided, so dont preach to me about that.

okay put it this way pig... at THIS LEVEL, the nikon is your best bet (over the 350d)... you will also have the access to a full frame fisheye (which im sure you'd enjoy)....
I also havent really noticed much difference between the d50 and the d70

There isn't THAT much... but it really depends on what you want.

hmmm, dunno much about the nikons but i do think if you end up going with canon save for a bit longer and get the 20d. and grab a 50 f1.8 while you're at it.
id def go for the nikon mainly coz of the lenses but also just coz i got a thing for nikons and i think i would go for the f50 unless moneys not a issue. its got a few features taken away but it also uses newer tecnology in a few things i believe. correct me if im wrong
id go for the nikon, but id take the D70 (with the D70s firmware) over the canon

What about the brand new Konica Minolta 5D?
I'm suprised no one said 8M over 6M.
I would personally decide on the future not the now.
what do you wanna flow with next year and year after.
Avoid jumping ship when you have lots of gear.
Canon does look mighty appealing.
But, I'd lean towards the nikon over the 350D from where I sit right now. But I havent seen a direct comparison yet.
Sidey- there have been a few direct comparisons, because the cameras are 'opposition' try googling it if you want to find it
What do you mean by 8M over 6M?
better add this:
'what do you mean by 8m over 6m' i know you mean megapixel but are you saying its a big difference or its insignificant?
