yeah i think ive got v2. Have an installer for v3 but it doesnt work.

is pro tools like cubase on roids? every producer i read about is using pro tools
ah pro-tools is more like nuendo on roids (nuendo is geared more towards multi track audio production whereas cubase is geared towards midi and shit - both made by steinberg).
I would almost guaruntee that every digital recording that gets a reasonable release these days used pro-tools.

oh, i dont have a midi controller yet, i just draw midi events. i just use cubase for mastering via vsti's
